With a background in psychology, human development, and family studies, Sam Lund brings more than design expertise to her clients — she brings deep insight into how people truly live. Originally from Chicago and now based in Utah, Sam has spent over a decade blending beauty with function as an interior designer and professional organizer.

Her work is rooted in empathy and intentionality. Sam believes a well-designed home doesn’t just look good, it nurtures your wellbeing. Every space she creates is tailored to the emotional, practical, and aesthetic needs of the people who live there. The moment a client sees their transformed home calm, elevated, and completely them — is what drives her every day.

As COO of Lund Haus Studio, Colby Lund is the systems thinker and problem solver behind the scenes. He oversees operations, financials, vendor relationships, and internal workflows — making sure the business runs efficiently so the creative team can focus on delivering exceptional design.

With a background as a licensed general contractor and a lifetime of experience in the construction industry, Colby brings a rare level of expertise to his role. While he no longer builds for clients directly, his knowledge of the construction process is essential to the Lund Haus approach. He acts as the translator between creative vision and real-world execution — helping ensure each project is not only beautiful, but buildable, on time, and on budget.

Known for his calm presence, sharp thinking, and ability to connect with anyone, Colby is the quiet force that keeps everything moving forward. When he's not managing the backend of the business, you’ll find him out on the golf course, mountain biking, fishing, or relaxing at home with Sam and their two dogs.
